The current article here still includes this information, but the structure of the article has been edited in terms of numerosity of accessibly-documented incidents, as opposed to timeline for example. It is a bias, but I believe it would be equally biased to choose the original format as well.

Also, I believe the original is factually questionable, as no source alleges Berg invented the device, simply that he was head of a department involved in its use.
