Africans appear unable to look at their homelands and think how they would be without the Wests help. You would not have people like Robert Mugabe and Jacob Zuma to name two and all their mismanagement. You would have had mass starvation but then no one would have heard about the suffering, why? There would be no media but then again would you have had such a large populations to be hungry anyway? I doubt it . You dont want the west in so the option is China... just look at the deal you will and are getting from them, they are the new Colonialists and the states that let them in are too blind to see.
