Texas backing down from anti-TIM law due to massive pressure that doesn't exist with real women's issues like abortion. by WrongToy in GenderCritical

The so-called "child abuse laws" are doomed to fail and are a short-sighted ploy to pander to the rabid Republican base rather than address the trans movement in a meaningful way. A lot of the parents who are being supportive frankly are just trying to do the best for their kids and the guidance on what to do is coming from their healthcare providers. If society truly wanted to combat the phenomenon of social contagion among trans kids, what needs to happen is a change in our healthcare policies.

Criminalizing parents for seeking treatment is incredibly stupid and is as reprehensible as their countless anti-abortion laws are reprehensible. An actually sensible policy change would be for healthcare organizations to review and revise the treatment protocol for kids who claim to be gender dysphoric or demand to be transgender, mandating therapy and clinical oversight. Much of the fast-tracking in the process is due to a combination of trans lobby bullying, as well as online child grooming that provides guidance to children on how to transition as rapidly as possible (instead of getting actual treatment).

Fortunately, Britain seems to be applying the brakes to the whole thing with healthcare organizations realizing affirmative-only care does not produce positive outcomes (unless you believe the lies the trans activist community wants you to believe to maintain its power and legitimacy).

This is what happens when you legitimize enabling as part of dealing with mental illness. The demands are not grounded in reality and will eventually clash with reality.

They are male and will never menstruate. It should never be seen as wrong to acknowledge biological realities.
