i can explain why a police officer can run a red light with no sirens or lights. If the police get a call about a person who has a hostage or some form of harm to another person the police dont want to inform them hey we are coming to you. now it does not look good that the cop ran over the bicyclists but shit happens. And acting like the police did it just because is not a good out look into real world problems.

I disagree, I think most Conservatives blame the welfare states, the Chinese influence on are political land scape and much more its not just illegal immigrants we are pointing the finger at.
