This seems to be what she's talking about, the land that was promised the descendants of Abraham

Genesis 15 18 -- On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram and said, 'To your descendants, I give this land, from the Wadi of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates.'

This encompasses present-day Syria, Lebanon, the Sinai Peninsula, the northern part of Saudi Arabia, and part of Iraq—the Promised Land.

Their influencer payoffs are particularly crass. Like their twitter ads in fact. Thanks for that link.

Here's a 972 magazine article talking about Hasbara. It gives a couple less common details about the whole picture of that initiative.

They are going to keep spending money--more and more money. But it's not just that they are continuing to lie, and pouring more and more money into deceiving the entire world. They are also letting slip that their so-called civilians are performing a military function in their war.

Here are some additional budget allocations from 20 days ago. These are only for 2023. More will be coming in 2024. Who knows, more might be coming later in 2023. Knesset press release re Treasury budget allocations to public diplomacy, November 14, 2023

public diplomacy was a "significant front in the war, in the battle for public opinion and the position of international leaders, in order to enable (Israel to continue fighting) in the proper conditions

particularly to dramatically increase the aid to civil society organizations, which have been operating in the public diplomacy arena since October 7, mainly in the world of social networks

This subcommittee and its participants are repeatedly describing these civil society influence campaigns in military language. "Critical front", necessary to achieve "success in war", a "battle". The civil society cadres are receiving information and technology from the State; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was particularly blunt about this.

In my view, they are giving up their claims to innocent civilian status. Everyone that they rope in to this initiative, they are conscripting them--or accepting them as volunteers. No surprise here, they allow people to volunteer as police, too. It is a way of having an extraordinarily militarized society while not being obvious about it.

Do others try to exert influence? Sure, but not at this level, and when a State is perceived as doing so--such as with the russia-russia claims--it's taken as a threat. And these press releases are yet more proof of Israel's State involvement, and that the State conceives of these actions as part of the war they are waging--on everyone, we find out.

Note that in this Nov 14 meeting, their violent, ultra-right, ultra-nationalist, settler, Minister Tzvi Sukkot pressed the State to influence the President of the United States of America on the question of settler violence.

From this Nov 14 press release:

MK Tzvi Sukkot, Religious Zionism, said, "There is an important public diplomacy issue that is not being handled, and that is the campaign regarding settler violence, which is based on information provided by B'Tselem and Yesh Din, and is gaining momentum, unfortunately. These are false figures, and it is causing damage to the State of Israel. We hear the President of the United States talk about this repeatedly, and, regrettably, the official State of Israel has no presence in this event."
