Right of the bat, you go where the data takes you, not where you think it should go. I agree that the War on Drugs was just systemic racism rebranded as a health and crime problem, but it doesn't explain why black culture embraced their role so fervently. You'd think they would try to excise that activity from communities to combat that injustice, but instead it was just used as an excuse to fail.

I’m this case, young and stupid white girl, or Jewish girl, whatever.

Dosent understand that she is not safe in black areas, aka cities.
