Yes, they come up with nonsensical derogatory terms for normal people. Much like 'cis', and 'white' is also used in a derogatory way even though those same people don't believe that races exist. That's one of many instances of doublethink: the dogma is that there are no races, but they make an exception when it can be used to demonize white people or portray black people as an oppressed group.

Correct, the overwhelming majority of pedos would not rape a kid. It takes far more than a genetic condition to turn you into a child rapist. Breeders literally create male copies of themselves that cannot find a partner in any circumstance, unlike them, who could because they were female.
