If most of the race acts like actual animals, are low intellect and their countries aren't civilised or advanced at all, you start to consider some "people" less than human.

Look at their structure, they resemble apes more than other races, is it wrong to not deem them more bestial?

Do you interact with other people at all? Have you ever talked with a black person? I'm sure there are plenty of them smarter than you.

Yes I have interacted with blacks.

They are stupid, lazy and stink.
