I wonder if he just went off script because he got cocky. He seems to be stating the "conspiracy theory" that the pandemic isn't that bad and we should go back to normal.

that has definitely been done, so what would normal be now, if getting rid of covid laws, we'd also need to claw that money back from the rich.

Yes, destroy the money that they currently have stolen and distribute the needed amount for supply and demand back into local economies with extra for welfare purposes to enhance productivity.

build back better is supposed to be that I think though I dounbt it will get passed, it is just all talk in DC, plus it's probably mostly tax cuts for the rich.
