That's actually a lot less than I would have expected them to have spent on this. The majority of money in the government goes to imbezzlement and this kind of thing is perfect for making money dissappear because it is so new that not enough people can question the associated costs.
When they charge $100 per load of laundry dry that raises eyebrows.
