This person was apparently put on testosterone not knowing the effects. I thought this seemed relevant because it's directly related to the "affirmative model" transition-ASAP attitude pushed by gender identity ideologists.

Isn't it common knowledge that drugs like this have bodily affecting side effects? On National Geographic I remember watching a transman named Buck Angel and he was talking about taking testosterone which makes his clit grow In size for a temporary amount of time. Then for men, you can actually develope breasts by taking hormones.

I've seen a lot of detrans people saying they just thought testosterone would act like an upper and sort out their depression/GD with no physical changes. Mostly they were teens when this happened though.

There's a big problem with trans healthcare being mostly dictated by middle aged men and their wants when it's mostly being enacted on teen girls with mental health issues with very different needs.

I’ve learned that if I refer a patient to the gender clinic, they are going to get the maximalist treatment. They’re not going to get any help figuring out if they really need the full medical/surgical transition. I am now wary of referring to the gender clinic. I’ve learned that there are hundreds, probably thousands of “detransitioners.” Many of them can be found at Reddit/detrans, which got up to 5,000 members in just 22 months.
