As the page says, computers will stay wired. But nothing else will. Phones, tablets, etc were and will stay wireless. It's not like anyone would trade usability for a gigabit link on a portable device, there is no need for it.

Phones, tablets, etc. So 2 things and an etc? Who could imagine a world where a phone is plugged into a wall? That's crazy, nobody could use that? Or a tablet you cant use on a toilet, and doesn't have it's camera hooked up to an unsecured network? Why I've got to pretend I'm always working, and can't sit still.

Who could imagine a world where a phone is plugged into a wall? That's crazy, nobody could use that?

It was annoying to be stuck to one public area during phone calls where everyone else in your home could often hear you, speaking to another person in a similar situation. You needed to find a pay phone that actually worked if you wanted to talk to someone away from your phone, and remember everyone's numbers.

Yes. Being a child is rough. But adding pointless tech, and radiation to your home is costly and counter productive.

Also placing limitations on phone access for children has it's purpose. But kids can send each dick pics over the phone now. Is that an improvement? I think not.

Not just being a child, there was one room in the home with the phone usually, maybe a second phone on the same line, but everyone could hear your conversation in that family. Short of being a single person alone your conversations were not particularly private.

And just personally I fidget a lot, being stuck to one place is maddening. That's a pet peeve but I'm not the only one.

That I totally agree with, also the granite trend -- not sure if that's still going on, but adding radon to your home makes no sense for aesthetics. And these wireless signals, even non-wifi every day electronics, ain't great for us.

So, what is your alternative? Ethernet cables, otg adapters, and ethernet adapters? Not sure where you come from, but copper line phones are obsolete now.

Right so the lan connections with higher bandwidth and reliable connections are obsolete because you say so? Because as you have stated, copper wire is obsolete. That's absurd, you are absurd. Possibly incompetent even.

I don't have to mention every room in the house for my point to be valid. You're not doing anything with this tech that requires you to dance about the room like a comical character in an add for this nonsensical tech.

Your front door has a lock. Your windows have curtains. But it's paranoid to have a secure network? Have you ever considered the fact that things are typical, because they are common practice? Do you even understand the words you use? Attribution bias is a common symptom of paranoia. I'm not saying that you are paranoid, but you are projecting, and showing tendency to judge motivations based on stereotyping others.
