LBT/Lucifer is not owned by the Vatican. The Vatican's Telescope is VATT Wich is in fact located near LBT but has no connection to it.

Their telescopes are at the same location and are connected, politically and financially.

They are in the same mountain, but they are two different buildings owned by different Institutions. There are other observatories in Mount Graham also.
Also, Max Planck Society does not own the LBT nor Lucifer, they only provide one part of the project, it is literally written on the image you just linked.
You are just being dishonest at this point, stop lying.

Why would I lie? Maybe I have made a mistake, so I looked at multiple sources to confirm. This source says the Max Planck Institute made the LUCIFER telescope and the Vatican astronomers have access to it: the Pope's Scopes.
