Yes. There is no inflation.

The cosmic background radiation is related to water. It is the black body of water in the radio frequencies, caused by weak bonds between the dipole molecules. Skyscholar has a huge list of videos on the bad science of the background radiation. He is an expert in radio-measuring devices.

The redshift is caused by plasma. It is a side-effect like the dielectric effect, but very weak. It is still being researched. Seems related to free electrons.
The well known redshift variations show cloudlike features, they call it dark energy instead of plasma
There are also some high redshift objects in front of low redshift galaxies. This seems to be related to the electrical activity in the galaxies, which again increases the amount of free electrons and free ions in the plasma.

There are several versions of electrical universe theories. And also there are different plasma cosmology theories.
|t is almost as if each scientist develops his own alternative theory.
Personally, I try to stay focused on the available evidence.
