From what I've read it is harmless when taken in suggested doses. It can safely treat alcohol and opiate addiction and gives relief to chronic pain sufferers. It is also illegal where I live...But having thought about it and scrolled down the page, maybe one ad a month is enough.

If the site won't get in trouble, and it helps people kick their heroin addiction, then I think it's aight.

My thoughts are more on the side of "is this good for the site" rather than "is Kratom good for people".
If we turn a blind eye to this one guy, (without regard to whether he's legitimate) how long will it be before we have another kratom vendor posting every day? Perhaps several?

I'd rather see interesting information and diverse ideas than advertising.

Maybe once a month in s/business, but I'd be OK without it. Of course I'm the type who refuses to turn my ad blocker off and will just archive.is it or use a different browser or whatever.
