I suspect two years is enough wait time to judge the death rate, short term effects.

That info is already rolling in. The MSM media suppresses the facts.

whether it actually prevents COVID, and if so, how long the effect lasts.

They admitted before testing it on the public that they never evaluated whether or not it prevents any viral transmission.

Literally never checked.
Because that was never the actual goal.
The goal is allegedly reduce symptoms of disease. Not to prevent transmission.
