What exactly do you think they are trying to prevent?

Nothing much, because the bill does not include specific statistics on current geoengineering problems in TN (because they don't really exist. The bill is political theatre dressed up as a law. The need for that law is not addressed with specific scientific studies about problems in TN. Perhaps you could answer your question.

Idiots who think contrails are chem trails. This is specifically what international news media are laughing about. Indeed, there was a proposed amendment to that bill to ban Bigfoot-type creatures (proposed as a joke by a Democrat).
