Democrats are stupid to nominate a person considered too old to be their presidential nominee. It would be smarter to nominate a young moderate such as Andy Beshear, governor of Kentucky or Josh Shapiro, governor of Pennsylvania. Then the matchup would be a young Democrat vs. the elderly Trump similar to Kennedy vs. Nixon.

I suppose we'll see this survey statistic every week until the election. Of course Biden is old. And water is wet. Is Biden the only one making decisions in the Executive Branch? Would you prefer Trump? If so, does he have any redeemable qualities? Anything? Would you let him look after your dog?

On another note, Beshear should run for US Senator, against McConnell's successor. Bashear is one of the best governors in the US, whilst in a red state, no less.

President is more important than Senator. Josh Shapiro could be the Democratic presidential nominee depending on his views on the war in Gaza. He is Jewish. If he is too pro-Israel, he will alienate many voters who disapprove of Israel's actions in Gaza.
