Didn't you get the memo. Conspiracies are not real. Reality is whatever lies the morons believe ;-)

Is any of that true?

Seems to be - a lot of circumstantial evidence

The WTC 7 section on the bottom is relatively new to me, but the rest of this has been in the MSM papers and elsewhere. If we 'follow the money', Larry, Bush and many others knew from various warnings and security documents that it was likely the WTC would be attacked (again).

Wait, you think tenants make additions to the terms of a lease???

PANYNJ: Terrorism insurance? Gee, Mr. Silverstein, what do you want that for?

Larry Silverstein: Umm, no reason. No reason at all. [hand rubbing intensifies]

The Port Authority included the insurance in the lease agreement.

Larry Silverstein: Terrorism insurance??? You shitting me?

PANYNJ: Well, the site was the target of a terrorist attack in 1993, and-

Larry Silverstein: [signing his name to page 137 of the lease] You're breaking my balls...

additions to the terms of a lease

you somehow think leases are some magical entity ?

big deals can include leasing arrangements which both sides have input on

less than big deals can have that applied also

No, they are legal documents. A building owner would never allow the tenant to scribble in new terms, or cross out items that he doesn't like.

leases can be written with terms specified by both sides.
