The usual leftist projection of their own sins on the targets of their hate.
Billions of people trusted a handful of noisy busybodies in the media and governments while their opponents were a quite diverse army of self-thinking, often quite isolated individuals.
In the beginning of this mass psychosis I felt like walking through a zombie apocalypse for weeks, until I joined twitter and only then encountered other opponents of the political insanity.
