Back when our country was more sane and more White, introducing a bill that so obviously violates the Constitution would result in expulsion or impeachment.

How about we continue to accept that racism wrong, crimes are illegal, conspiracy to commit crimes are illegal, and racially motivated crimes are given extra attention....but not add racist singling-out of particular races to our laws.

The proposed Bill is actually legit Unconstitutional due to racial discrimination and equal protection of the law requirements.
