Just because people would vote for someone, doesn't mean they have the fortitude vote without someone pushing them to vote. Money pays people to round up these votes; either legally or illegally.

Special Council Michael Gableman's investigation uncovered that the money did NOT go to Covid help, like the Supreme Court upheld as okay, before the money was taken. Instead, the money came with a contract of full repayment, if it they didn't approve every dollar. It went to hire multiple private partisan companies associated with Democratic election initiatives. Similarly, they put all their effort in Biden districts, violating state law to add more ballot drop boxes in Biden districts and do other partisan voter outreach.

Even worse, these private companies took over the election, embedding themselves in the administration and employees, taking a role running and counting the election. They were even found to have been given real-time back end access to the ballot counts, so they could stuff the numbers without causing statistical alarm, with a whole laundry list of sketchy behind the scenes control.
