I actually believe the parents should do just that, but it is interesting that the regime now seem to consist of flat out communists who think parents should have nothing to do with their children.

Yeah, that's actually what a lot of parents have started doing, after they saw what a joke "remote learning" was.

I guess that means this Democrat's in favor of school vouchers? e.g. Parents being able to withhold all the taxes they pay toward their local shitty public school, and instead send those funds to a good private school of their choice?

Oh, now she's having second thoughts.

They never support school vouchers, most of these types don't even think private or homeschooling should be legal.

Exactly. That's probably why she deleted her post. She realized she was accidentally admitting public schools are garbage and encouraging the policies of her opposition.

Parents should be able to use their tax dollars as they see fit through school choice, via a voucher system.

State Representative: tells parents that if they want to ensure their children are properly educated they should home school or pay for private school
State Representative: suddenly realizes that kids have been all technically home schooled during the holocough which means the parents now know that home schooling is feasible
State Representative: deletes tweet to not look like an idiot but gets caught anyway

The system is broken. I want my money back.

Fine. Will that exempt me from being taxed for public education? Yeah, didn't think so.

Don't you love it when people who make their living off the backs of taxpayers try to condemn us for wanting affordable education without government overreach?
