Yes but the courts aren't our friends.

I agree with you. But at the same time, the people depending on the courts to save us will be the ones to turn us over, finger wagging about about judicial processes.

I tend to think the courts will side with us, but a bigger question is, did we just lose the war winning the battle? I don't know, but I feel like the SC deciding the administrative state has ultimate power has a real chance at pushing a couple of states back into a more federalist mindset. And I will be moving once that happens. Any state that will say, thanks I'll take all your federal LGBTQ healthcare money, and we will use it to pay out families who home school or something.

There were 10 people initially who were anti COVID vax before December on my floor at my company, it's now down to 3. Me and two others, and one is just a straight up anti vaxxer. I work in tech, I've got a great job, but over the past two weeks I've been dealing with a lot of people who are glad they got their booster, because without it they would've been dead. It's invincible stupidity. It doesn't register when I tell them I got it as well and didn't vax or boost, I only get questions of when I'm going to get it so I don't kill grandma or be a super spreader.

I don't know. I see your point, but I just don't know.
