I'm really tired of seeing all these "court is predicted to do X" articles. It's all bullshit. Some reporter has no idea how 9 justices will rule. Let the court tell us what it thinks.

Please let me be wrong about this one.

I haven't heard them discuss the fact that it's "experimental", which is the elephant in the room.

How can OSHA mandate an experiment? They can't.

So this is all a theatrical performance.

I'm ok with them endorsing the mandate.

Because there will be a lot of folks, well probably not a lot, but there will be an acceleration of people who will finally come to the conclusion that the second amendment isn't about thieves or protecting yourself from carjacking.

It will also lead a very select few states to realize, they can tell the courts to pound sand, they have no method of enforcement.

It will also lead a majority of other states, to show how blue they really are.

Bro. There's morons driving alone wearing masks. Scared shitless.

The retards of America are begging for an excuse to exterminate the free thinkers.

This will play into their hands.

Yes but the courts aren't our friends.

I agree with you. But at the same time, the people depending on the courts to save us will be the ones to turn us over, finger wagging about about judicial processes.

I tend to think the courts will side with us, but a bigger question is, did we just lose the war winning the battle? I don't know, but I feel like the SC deciding the administrative state has ultimate power has a real chance at pushing a couple of states back into a more federalist mindset. And I will be moving once that happens. Any state that will say, thanks I'll take all your federal LGBTQ healthcare money, and we will use it to pay out families who home school or something.

There were 10 people initially who were anti COVID vax before December on my floor at my company, it's now down to 3. Me and two others, and one is just a straight up anti vaxxer. I work in tech, I've got a great job, but over the past two weeks I've been dealing with a lot of people who are glad they got their booster, because without it they would've been dead. It's invincible stupidity. It doesn't register when I tell them I got it as well and didn't vax or boost, I only get questions of when I'm going to get it so I don't kill grandma or be a super spreader.

I don't know. I see your point, but I just don't know.
