Garland said: "I'm not going to violate this norm of the rule of law. I'm not going to comment on investigation that's ongoing. "

I'm not sure what this means, it sounds kind of like he is pleading the fifth, or talking about some sort of part of the law where if he answered . . . I don't know what would happen but violating the rule of law sounds like he's saying it'd be illegal to answer. Why didn't Massie ask what that meant?
