My wife, who is on a Christian medical mission trip in Uganda, took this photo.
They are getting their meat fresh, while I recently ate some in the US that was frozen for three years!

That is true, but tilapia is not native to Arkansas. It might be found in some waters if stocked. However, in Uganda, tilapia is a native fish (a very good tasting fish) and is a common source of meat for them. Today in Uganda, my wife was served another tilapia dinner.
