Hey John, seeing this comment thread now. There are also documentaries that talk about this such as Adolf Hitler: The Greatest Story Never Told. They probably didn't have rainbow coloured postal trucks but the city was very degenerate with a lot of prostitution and homosexuality, I think that's what he's referring to.

Sexual perversion is common in nations that fall. Long before this current time, Sodom (infamous for sodomy) was destroyed by fire and brimstone. When you mentioned Adolf Hitler, I immediately remembered a dream I had last night where I saw him.... He was wearing a military jacket with an epaulette on each shoulder in the colors of the US flag! Perhaps I was seeing that his spirit, or one like his, is now ruling America.

I don't know if they had postal trucks yet back then. They did love to paint swastikas on everything though. Good example is the Hindenburg.
