Zip ties on rear passenger door means a your car has been marked and your children and/or smaller women have been targeted for abduction and sex trafficking. The guy who marks it won't be the abductor. (Learned last night at a meeting - and that Windsor, Ontario has a lot of missing women.)

If zip ties are on my car, they get cut off. Kinda hard to keep up the targeting that way innit?
