And that I don't know. I can say that in terms of office politics, one of the best ways to help management see their mistakes is to attempt to very publicly, very enthusiastically attempt to implement the worse of their policies. When the results are inevitably poor, there comes a moment of eye contact between me and them, when I start to pout as if to say, "Why aren't your ideas, working, Master? Is it me?"

But if you try to argue with them instead of showing them the results of their poor decisions, they can blame you for your failures not only personally, but also publicly. Are you aware of a better way of doing things?
