I'm pretty sure the USA doesn't drone bomb 20,000 innocent civilians a year - AT LEAST.

Or maybe it's more subtle. I'm pretty sure Monsanto hasn't toxified 20,000 innocent civilians a year - AT LEAST.

I’m not saying Saddam Xi isn’t gassing Mao’ing down his own people.

Just saying that under no circumstance would he need to go to court to do it. At least from what I know of the Chinese system of governance.
