That's a good question. Is this a case of him having raped and kidnapped people, being caught, skipping bail and running away, then coming back to become a cop and nobody doing any proper background checks on him? Or did he become a cop and use that power to do things which he's now been caught doing?

Race statistics are only valid per capita. Using invalid race statistics gives you away as a propagandist. If diversity hires in the police force are responsible for more crime per capita then increasing the amount of diversity hires in the police force will increase the amount of crimes. That is an undeniable fact.
