Then one blogger took that farther, calling him the Sandusky of Climate Change. This court blames journalists and data analysis's for the blog post's hyperbole. Being a public figure, the Climate Fraud, has no real protection about reports interpreting factual data, as this case is about. This case is a just another nail in the coffin of US's, once, free press and doomed free speech.

Several reviews of the "hockey stick chart" methods and data found it to be dishonest, fraudulent, and not standard scientific practice. The University of Pennsylvania's internal investigation, as well as other organizations invested in the climate hoax, found it to be prefect and nothing wrong.
