They see she'll work well with a wider group of people.

Trans people are minorities they don't make up the majority. They'll see her as unemployable.

The majority of people are in some minority. Being able to work with a diversity of people increases your employability.

In an organization of any size.

She only works with woke people who are 1% of the market. Can't work with Asians, Muslims, Africans, or white people because they have different beliefs.
