Maybe you're thinking of shit employers who are less interested in employing the best person for the job than their small-minded and hateful politics, who will be out of business due to less staffing options than a good employer?

Haw haw hee hee ho ho! The best person for the job? Do you really believe all that? It is more like the person who causes fewer problems and works for a small salary. They see the pronouns and they think she will be offended really easily and start trouble in the office and maybe a fight. Might as well ask them to hire an ex-con in accounting and promise they won't embezzle any money. The Jews I worked with would not hire her. I was hired because I cause fewer problems and I am a very good programmer debugger who works for $50K a year instead of $150K a year because I am not greedy.

I work for myself now as a contractor. I have freedom now and can set my salary to whatever I want and leave some in the business.

Most people avoid interacting with pronoun bios as much as possible. It's basically stating that person is stupid and easily offended. It's bad for business. Companies that have leaned into ESG and gender nonsense haven't been doing too well.
