The correct approach here is policing of Gaza, rather than ethnically cleansing Gaza. Gaza needs to be controlled in exactly the same way the West Bank is controlled.

I think it's similar to how police are afraid to go into the hood in places like chicago or detroit. No one wants to do it, a thankless job. They tried to just wall off the hell hole gaza but they paraglided over it. They need to build a bigger wall, or put more of a buffer zone with mines in between it.
