18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights, which Trump was charged with, can carry the death penalty. Since people died in the insurrection, it applies. I wonder if the prosecution will request it, assuming he's found guilty.

    Ashli Babbit was the only person that was killed on Jan.6. She was unarmed and shot by a Capital police officer.

    It doesn't say "if death of an armed person results", nor does it say "if the death of a person results except a shooting by a capital police officer."

    It only says "if death results".

    Not true. Several people were trampled when the police performed kettling then fired tear gas in an enclosed area, and one was literally beaten to death by police.

      America should get rid of FPTP/two-party system, and create 8+ parties to represent all political spectrum:

      I have been saying NO POSITIVE CHANGE can happen until FPTP is removed and term limits set. A weighted system would fix everything and FORCE these worthless politicians who only blame the other side and never answer questions or fix anything to actually do something.
