The actual phase 3 clinical vaccine safety trials finished at the end of last year: Both Moderna and Pfizer's mRNA vaccine showed serious adverse event risks higher than the risk reduction of Covid-19 hospitalization by at least 2 fold (4 fold for Pfizer).

That's right. I don't think people were being used as lab-rats either rather, the main goal of the vaccines was able to harm people and they were successful.
