Certain powerful people in the US gov are working to help the Beast from the East flood the country with a new chemical that is better, stronger, faster and will raise the death toll over the present 300 a day. It's straight ahead. Maybe you've never heard that three hundred people a day are dying of overdoses because your media are not doing their job. Just be careful until you find the sweet spot.

No one does this stuff on purpose. Every OD of this is due to some other drug being illegal and laced with this garbage, with no safe and reliable source. They are dusting this stuff on the black market weed and vape oils now. Almost no coke, meth, or ecstasy comes without testing positive for Fent anymore. The US government has been running the illegal drug trade since the 60's and our government just gave Walgreens, CVS, and Walmart the weakest slap on the wrist for purposely and knowingly being illegal Oxycontin drug dealers for several years.

It is time to save the people from the US government's black market drug dealing monopoly and legalize it all.

If they are an informed and consenting adult, then I feel they should be free to decide to avoid living in reality by whatever means they see fit...as long as it doesn't bother anyone else.

I don't really believe that most people can be properly informed so they can't really consent. People wasting their lives affects everyone around them in ways they can't understand.

Every action affects people around you, to some extent, and always will. Everyone wastes their life in one self destructive way or another, so I don't support telling them how they are allowed to waste or destroy their very very short life, that should be their own decision.

I'm not here to judge if a consenting adult who declares themselves informed is or not, I'll leave that to the dictators and nanny-state authoritarians. If you can choose to die in war, then you can choose to die on the toilet with a syringe hanging out of your arm. It would be exorbitantly evil for us to force our own views and restrictions on others, when they live such short and meaningless lifespans.

While isotonitazene was not compared directly to morphine in this assay, it was found to be around 2.5 times more potent than hydromorphone and slightly more potent than fentanyl
