I'm confused.

He had only £36 but his car is nicer than mine.

I last saw him on Wednesday and he was not himself. He was grumpy and huffing and puffing. I asked him what was up and he said he was suffering from the arthritis. But he went and got a bottle of wine from the shop and was soon his cheerful self.

There's your answer. A bottle of wine and more a day will soon drain your account but for you the benefits he's getting will be good enough to live on (unless you're an addict). Most normal people think you only get £77 a week but someone on long term benefits will actually be getting all their rent paid and various other benefits on top. This guy was likely claiming disability as well.

That's true, if you're "disabled" enough you can get free cars from the gov paid for by fags like me.

It says he was using a mobility scooter (even though he could walk) but gave it up because he didn't want to pay for the insurance. Not that he couldn't afford the scooter because he likely didn't pay for it. We paid for it and then he sold it for cash. That happens all the time with addicts given freebies.

I'm "disabled" but not enough to get a free car.

Where do I sign up!?
