Uh, no? The whole point of Critical Theory, which this announcement is using the language of, is to punish whites for crimes in the past. Depriving them of medicine is a mild punishment compared to what's in store in the future. It'll never go "both ways" - fairness is called liberalism, and liberalism and fairness are both hard rejected by Critical Theory.

Your hypothetical scenario will never happen. It's a one-way ratchet.
