Correction, Hitler ask the jews to leave Germany in 1935 +- and even offered to pay for transportation to the coast. Jews refused to leave witch ended up with Kristallnacht . Now going back in time before 1935 shops like bakers, butchers and suck always gave credit to customers and (example) my grand mother would bring eggs to the butcher shop and exchange for beef or my grand father would take a pig into town and trade for goods like flour vegetable and fruits. Jewish shop owners would not barter, they had signs that read nur Barzahlung (cash only) and this was one big reason Germans did not like jews. Another great example what started the Germans hating jews , go to say Rockland County, Hudson Valley of New York and see how jews treat non jews.

Hitler and the Zionist leaders had already signed the Haavara agreement in 1933.

those jews in germany were probably thinking "why do I want to move to palestine where tons of muslims live, I'm doing pretty good here"

That's a fair way to think. Who could disagree?
