Well, there’s your problem. Most people don’t have an IQ above 120. If they did, the average IQ would be 120, not 100.

The biggest issue is that most humans just aren’t that bright. It’s always been up to a small minority of more intelligent humans to progress our species and steer the herd in the right direction.

You appear to be under the impression that it’s still the 1980’s or something. Universities will accept anyone with a pulse now. They’re a money-making racket churning out useless pieces of paper. Most people don’t actually need a degree, but they get one anyway because of the low barriers to entry for student loans and inflating requirements in job listings.

She's not from the US, so university acceptance might be different. Student loan debt is highly predatory here, and you've got so many private education "universities" (like all of those bullshitty online-exclusive ones) that charge a fortune for a degree. Even places that tout themselves as community colleges are notorious for taking any breathing soul they can tap like a maple tree for money. It's a mess.
