Yeah, I think that if you seek out stimulants specifically to alter your mental state, then that's a bad thing, but if I just want to drink some Dr. Pepper, because I like the taste, then it's not. I would love it if they made decaff Dr. Pepper, though, and the same goes for tea.

    There's a big difference between intentionally consuming a drug and knowingly consuming a drug. In the former case, the prime motive is to receive the effects of that drug, and in the latter case, the prime motive is something else.

      So you're telling me I can't drink any kind of soda or tea, or eat any dark chocolate, or anything else with any caffeine in it?

      Nobody is going to go along with not drinking tea, soda and chocolate, perhaps, but not tea.

        I only drink sodas for the taste. If I could get that without caffeine I would.
