If the work at home continues for a lot of the tech workers, cali is going to leak like a sieve.
If that continues too long all those jobs will move offshore.

It wasn't easy to transition to remote work for many jobs but a lot of them did it over the pandemic.
All I'm saying is that those people who are working from home and super happy about it better keep a pulse on their job because if you never need to go to the office or meet a client face-to-face or go to a worksite you should really have something planned in case you get canned.
