"The 911 people" probably did ask. Maybe "the 911 caller people" couldn't tell, because the autistic man was literally running. Maybe "the 911 caller person guy" was calling from inside his "inside home place."
And there you go using the word 'retard' while defending an autistic man and a person who works with autistic people. Ma'am you r smug and rude.
