Being female: I go for a crap and then maybe pee as an after thought.

I don't go for a pee then crap. Your basic premise is flawed.

Men generally have higher bowel cancer rates because of higher levels of alcohol, smoking, and crappy diet.

Risk factors for colorectal cancer

2015, 16.7 percent of adult males and 13.6 percent of adult females smoked cigarettes"

About half as many men as women reported drinking no alcohol (14.2 vs 29.5%) and among those who reported drinking any alcohol, men drank more on average than women (16.2 vs 6.4 U). The difference between the genders increased with the level of consumption.

Surprise! Women eat healthier than men

your first two sentences are anecdotal, but also redundant, & additionally to that gibberish, but thanks for the contribution anyway, even though no one asked for it.

OOF... sure is this place loaded with trolls...

I mostly pee siting, but never in public toilets. I simply started because the seat at my rental house doesn't stay up and also so I can pee without turning the lights on at night.

Sitting to pee doesn't magically make you want to take a shit. When I go to pee, I go to pee; when I have to take a shit, I go to take a shit.
