Nope.

The claim is normally that most scientists, or 99.99 scientists agree, which is accurate.

And we see in the MSM, on Saidit and elsewhere regularly that there are several people with science backgrounds who are anti-vax campaigners. They get too much attention for their misinformation and disinformation (and they are well-funded):
