It does.

Milk is an unusual beverage. It tastes different for numerous reasons.

Warm milk doesn't taste like cold milk...

Different brands of milk have differing flavors.

I strongly suspect that milk is pasteurized to destroy the most beneficial and nutritious aspects.

At the end of Pasteur's life he acknowledged that Terrain Theory is likely more scientifically accurate.
The revisionists of history made Pasteur the hero: to support germ theory.

We're living through the consequences of Pasteur's revisionist ghost, and the historical fraud of his work.

Also, raw milk isn't easy to come by if you don't have a farm, or a dairy producing friend.
