You can't have communists without a ruling government full of officials with deep connections to their oligarchs. It's totalitarianism.

Capitalism is inverted totalitarianism where the oligarchs control the politicians instead.

Capitalism always eventually fails and turns into cronyism, nepotism and an oligarchy at the top; usually using corporate welfare to stay in positions of power and rugged individualistic capitalism for the middleclass.
